BetKing launches Operations in Ghana

BetKing, one of Africa’s leading sports and digital entertainment company, has launched its operations in the Ghanaian market.

The event which was held at Multichoice Ghana Limited, on Saturday had in attendance several government and sports dignitaries like the head policy for the Sports Ministry, Mohammed Sammie Adams; Commissioner for the Gaming Commission of Ghana, Peter Mireku; former Black Stars players, Asamoah Gyan, Samuel Osei Kuffour and John Paintsil.

According to the representatives of BetKing in Ghana, the aim of the expansion into Ghana was to provide Ghanaians with a credible and reliable sports betting platform, and to intensify local efforts that will impact lives positively, within the communities they operate in; while striving to be a leader in sports and digital entertainment in Africa.

On the partnership with BetKing, the Managing Director of MultiChoice Ghana, Alex Okere stated that BetKing provides the opportunity to explore the pursuit of digital and entertainment offerings beyond betting and broadcasting.

He stated further that, “SuperPicks”, which is one of the products from the partnership, will be unveiled in Ghana shortly and that it is geared to provide fans with curated sports entertainment and free-to-play games for them to compete for bragging rights and huge cash prizes.

The event was concluded with a live viewing party of the Chelsea vs Everton EPL game which further enriched the guest experience of ThatBetKingFeeling!
