NLN Unveils Olamide (Badoo) as Brand Ambassador

The National Lottery Nigeria (NLN), through its Managing Director, Mr. Abiodun Akintaju, has disclosed that Nigerian music star Olamide Adedeji, aka Badoo will become the brand ambassador for the National Game.

The MD of the NLN, also revealed that On-Air Personality, IK Osakioduwa ‘The Wild Child’ would anchor the game shows and coordinate programs for the National Games. He added that the activities of the national game, in recent times, is such that has not been seen, in the history of lottery in the country.

Mr. Akintaju in his press statement, opined that the national gaming platform, which was launched in July, would mint millionaires in the country.

He stated that at inception, the national game would be played on USSD channels and on their website. He added that the USSD code and the website would be unveiled soon; while other channels would be introduced, subsequently.

Akintaju added further that National Lottery Nigeria would offer jackpot games, instant games, scratch card games and many more, and that the flagship game would be the “Naija Mega Jackpot” which will have a minimum Jackpot prize of N45 million. The Jackpot prize according to him, would be progressive and will grow to hundreds of millions and more.

In the NLN MD’s words, the good times are here, and Nigerians are welcome to the world of possibilities and fortune by playing the National Game.

He stated further that the National Game, was designed as a social intervention tool that will directly and positively affect the lives of Nigerians, through the payment of mouthwatering prizes, and the “Good Causes” Foundation which, will directly support sports, youths, education, health provision, provision of succor at times of grief; and much more.

While accepting the Ambassadorial appointment, the YBNL boss, Olamide ‘Badoo’ who is said to double as the Explainer-in-Chief and presiding Ambassador for the brand, commended the organisers for the very evident part their decision would play, in the Corporate Social Responsibility space.

Olamide added that the national game through its activities, would be giving back to the Nigerian society, making them further believe in achieving their desired fulfilment.
